خط KacstBook المعدّل: الرخصة والمصدر

الخط: KacstBook الإصدار 2.01 من مدينة الملك عبدالعزيز للعلوم والتقنية، كما توزعه
حزمة Debian fonts-kacst الإصدار 2.01+mry-15. وهو مرخص برخصة جنو العمومية (GNU GPL)
الإصدار 2، ونصها في الملف GPL-2.0.txt.

التعديل: عدّلت مؤسسة حلول درجــــات الخط في 2026-09-24، فقلّلت المسافة الجانبية اليمنى
لأربعة عشر شكلًا من أشكال الحروف لتصحيح التباعد، ولم تغيّر رسمها. ويُوزَّع الخط المعدّل
وأداة التعديل بالرخصة نفسها، ودون أي ضمان (البندان 11 و12 من الرخصة).

- KacstBook-Regular-drjat1.woff2: الخط المعدّل كما تعرضه المنصة.

KacstBook (modified): licence and source

Font: KacstBook 2.01 by KACST (King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology),
as shipped in Debian's fonts-kacst 2.01+mry-15. Licence: GNU General Public
License, version 2; full text in GPL-2.0.txt.

Change: modified 2026-09-24 by DRJAT (hulul darajat Establishment). The
right-side bearings of 14 isolated and initial Arabic presentation forms were
reduced to fix their spacing. Outlines are unchanged. The modified font and
the script are distributed under the same licence, with no warranty (sections
11 and 12).

Files:
- GPL-2.0.txt: the licence.
- KacstBook-Regular-drjat1.woff2: the modified font, as the site serves it.
- patch-kacstbook.py: the change, as a fontTools script.

Reproduce the change from the Debian file:

    python3 patch-kacstbook.py KacstBook.ttf KacstBook-Regular-drjat1.woff2

A .ttf output path gives the uncompressed font.
